In 2024 Nuclear Energy released a new drink called Nuclear POWERED.
The company claimed that these drinks would increase the power of anyone with abilities, or awaken latent talents.
After an investigation by the FDA it was found that these claims weren't just misleading but outright fraudulent. They underwent a class-action lawsuit and lost. Notably, the celebrity-hero Valiant had a brand deal with them and promoted the product. He went off-script and would often exaggerate the already misleading claims. He was given a separate fine, despite trying to distance himself from the product and controversy.
