One of Kirkwall premier whaling slaughterhouses, located along Slaughterhouse Row. It is owned by Bundry Pendergast and defended by the Butchers. The slaughterhouse owns several whaling ships. They buy whales as well as process whales brought in by their own ships.
Many workers are attempting to organize and gain better working conditions. Pendergast has violently suppressed these overtures and is currently in talks to have the Kirkwall Free Company serve as additional muscle and detectives.
