The Bells are a small magical academy of Tilley. The two story tall building was built between two belt towers, using them as extra support and alert mechanism in case something went wrong at the academy.
The academy teaches Divination under professor Martha Thinstrung and Evocation under professor Ludwig Grene. About fifteen students of all ages study here.
