Prelude
Abrams Panzer took the lead and started preperations of Alchemist's Fire traps around the village, and the positioning of every able bodied person in key locations.
Deployment
Eldes Young took a party of 3 to the south-eastern front. Thorin son of Thror took a party of 3 to the south-western front. Abrams Panzer took a party of 3 to the northern front. Hobgoblin leading 20 goblins attacked the south-east as first wave. Hobgoblin leading 20 goblins attacked the south-west as first wave. Glasstaff, 2 ogres, 3 hobgoblins, and 40 goblins attacked the north as second wave.
Battlefield
Phandalin outskirts and the city itself.
Conditions
Front 1: Open field, rural area.
Front 2: Inside the village, urban area.
The Engagement
First wave: Eldes Young, an adventurer leading a party of commoners was engaging in combat against the first force of 20 goblins led by a hobgoblin. The fight was on the open fields on the south eastern part of the village, though his party died in combat, Eldes lived and finished off the last of the goblins from that wave.
Thorin son of Thror, the second adventurer leading a second party of commoners was engaging in combat against a force of 20 goblins led by hobgoblin as well, at the same time of the first wave, this force attacked the south western side of the village, they were overwhelmed and Thorin fled into the village. The goblin force torched the Town Master's Hall with the town master still inside while chasing Thorin.
Abrams Panzer, the third adventurer of the party, helped Thorin and together they defeated the wave, although all of Thorin's party died as well.
Second wave: The Adventurers leading a party of commoners stood strong on the northern part of town, laughing at the face of death approaching them. When the army approched they shot the bombs they prepared ahead of time and dwindled the army. The battle was long and losses were heavy, the only survivor except for the adventurers was Elsa the barmaid.

A Memorial day was declared, in memory of the fallen and their sacrifice.
