An experienced mercenary who eventually took over command of the Company of Steel from his mentor Giancarlo Vespa; he has since passed leadership on to his former second Shaky Susan Miller.

Recently he was recognised as the legitimate son of Baron Samuel Stahl and made Baron of a small town (now called Kalsguard).

As reward for his part in preventing the return of Enyalius (perhaps exaggerated in his recounting of events), Johannes Kal has been made a Duke and his holdings expanded to include a small fortress to the north.

An experienced forester and former captain in the Royal Archers.

After helping to prevent the return of Enyalius, Jack mostly returned to the simple life spending much of his time with his father (Jonathan Hare) and enjoying the woodlands around Kalsguard. However, he also spends a good amount of time at Duke Johannes Kal’s northern holdings, helping to train archers and marksmen.

There are occasional rumours saying that some of the time he spends in the woodlands he’s actually working in secret for a group of assassins within the Raven Guard - carrying out hits against high profile targets. That’s obviously nonsense though.

A halfling rogue who makes his way through life by theft, deception and murder.

His aunt Lucilla Rex was employed by Nico Rossini, presumably intended as a bargaining chip but when the opportunity arose Felix left his companions and returned to Bumbleton - shortly afterwards Nico Rossini died under mysterious circumstances.

Since then Felix has become an independent contractor, completing assorted jobs for the Raven Guard amongst others.

A kind hearted goblin out to prove the true value of her people.

She is now adorned with the tribal tattoos of a warrior and by the apparent unanimous proclamation of her people holds the title of Hob, having inspired numerous goblins to follow in her footsteps.

Hob Sney was last seen travelling back towards the Free Goblin Nation.

Over the course of his travels Gof has managed to reclaim his family artefacts and execute the son of the warlord who killed his father.

An outcast from the Fae Lands with a price on her head from Queen Maab, Monarch of the Grail Court.

After traveling into the future she learned that she was the niece of Queen Maab, the same Queen who was having her hunted. With information from the future incarnation of Mwgyn she was able to bargain with the version of him in her timeline and gain his allegiance.

Miakoda was last seen returning to the Fae lands to avenge the death of her parents and claim the throne of the Grail Court.

Coming from the distant north, Grugnak's quest to become a noble and mighty knight eventually led to him to the Elven Schattenwald. Though the elves found him amusing for a while they quickly tired and fobbed him off on some wanders of the lower races - particularly one Baron Johannes Kal who has accepted Grugnak as a squire.

With Johannes Kal becoming a Duke as reward for leading the defence against Enyalius, Grugnak followed in his wake becoming a true knight in his service. Helen Kal did her best to arrange some semblance of an education - a partial success at best but he still became a military leader valued for his bravery and prowess in combat.

A powerful sorceress who has enhanced her prowess - both magical and physical - by embracing the power of the Blight, though somehow she has avoided becoming entirely corrupted by it. She has crossed paths with the heroes on multiple occasions while trying to gather the fragments of the God Killer Blade.

The heroes explained the darkest timeline to Sabine and though she didn't entirely like all of them she cautiously agreed to work with them to ensure the downfall of Enyalius.

Sabine confirmed that Aria Wren was her older sister and filled in some of the history of the Wren.

In the final battle against Enyalius, Sabine sacrificed herself to use the God Killer Blade and destroy the Conquerer once and for all.

Despite her apparent death, Sabine was able to absorb the essence of Enyalius and become a deity, the small but growing Church of Sabine follows her.

The long suffering Lieutenant of Johannes Kal, Susan has been with the Company of Steel for years now and her skill as a combatant along with her ability to manage Johannes' moods rapidly led to her becoming his second. With Johannes Kal becoming nobility she became the Captain of the Company of Steel.

Johannes believes he rescued Susan as a child from an orphanage that mistreated her and then inducted her into the company; however, Susan maintains that she joined as an adult after seeing and rescuing Johannes from an orphanage that was burning down (the cause of the fire remains a mystery).

Following the battle against Enyalius the ranks of the Company of Steel have surged and Major Miller now has several captains reporting to her.
