Also known as the Cage, the City of Doors, or, less commonly, the City of Secrets, is a major hub for inter-planar travel, the city contains multiple portals to every single plane, as well as to numerous locations in the Prime Material Planes. The City is constantly moving and shifting at the whims of The Lady of Pain. a powerful being that only cares about maintaining the city. Sigil is considered the center of the universe as it has connections to everywhere.
