Redwood castle is beckoning me with its hidden riches. Tarek and I took to the inn to recruit some daring adventurers. Few ales latter, and we were joined by two wizard dropouts Dork and Crane, and with a hat-wearing dwarfed calling himself Hats.

Who am I to judge? A bankman, that's who. We ended up spending two weeks at Redwood whilst the wizards were studying their books. Since they were penniless, Tarek and I had to cover for their lodging and food.

I wonder if that merchant is still alive? It's been a month since I went looking for him in those damned caves.

We set out for the castle once again, with a barge of ours, and a new team. This time we decided to descend into the tower, and were quick to discover a secret passageway.

According to the dwarf, we exited somewhere under the courtyard.

The room was musty and dusty, seemingly untouched for decades. We recovered some important looking paintings, and returned to Redwood.

The baron was happy to receive us, and gladly paid us for recovering his family heirloom. Dork presented a ring he found to the baron's daughter, and it seems to be a magic ring that allows the bearer to walk on water.

We bargained to stay at his place in return for further expeditions to the Redwood castle. We asked for more, but alas, he expects us to prove that we are worthy.

Let's not prove him wrong.

Redwood castle notes:

We've seen a humanoid figure through the castle windows when we were heading back to Redwood. Baron's daughter seems to be a historian of a sort, perhaps she might have an idea about who might be inhabiting this ruin.
