A thriving city along the Red Ocean, Montblanc is  a port city known for its production of luxury goods. A large portion of the city resides within caves and tunnels in a cliffside which opens up into a harbor. Many of the wealthier residents live on a small island a few hundred meters off of this port known as the Azure district. Over time, due to its thriving trade business, the initial city has overgrown its cave complex and a large wooden shantytown has sprung up around the entrances to the underground portion of the city
