Warriors skilled in the lore of runes, magic sigils that contain eldritch power. Through runelore, runemakers can see the future, curse their enemies, and perform other miraculous deeds. Socially, they occupy a paradoxical role as both battle brother and mysterious magic-user. A noble’s retinue will usually contain at least one runemaker.
