First Landing (a Level 9 location) is the city founded by the Explorers' Guild at their arrival, and quickly equipped with all the amenities: The Blinking Pug tavern, an apothecary, a smith, a merchant, etc.
Other notable places are the auction house, where rare items are auctioned, the arena, where duels are held, and the tribunal, where wrongs are righted. The Guild controls the city and handles the expeditions, acting as minister, mission agent and quartermaster.
Outside the city are native populations and a mysterious past to discover.
