He is from Lorino, Russia. When he left he came across  the ice to Alaska. He left his pack Zima okhotniki (winter hunters pack) his father was pack Alpha. (His name Rurik  Bogdasha)

Short version of history.  Father's pack in Russia was getting to big for territory. (Not enough food. ) he  sent his son out with 2 other pack mates to find another territory and start there own pack. (Also rumor is he was kicked out of the pack.  Which is kind of true in the sense he didn't want to leave his family.  After much heated arguments with his dad aka Pack Alpha he left.  Now since he left for the good of the pack survival that gained him honor renown. )

They decided to go west and cross the dangerous ice Bridge to Alaska.  About 400 miles.  By the time they made it to Alaska they all were very weak from hunger. (Not even energy to hunt. ) then in Alaska they came across a homestead that had livestock.  So easy meal, except they stayed in that territory to long after they just slaughter all that live stock.  A hunter came looking for them.  (Don't know if it was the homesteader/  or someone they hired. )

Ducking and dodging  this hunter across Alaska.  One they reached Seattle area they decided best thing was to split up he can't chase all three. So he went toward Boise Idaho. Thinking he was safe since it was a year ago last summer he seen the hunter.  Of course he wasn't, almost didn't survive that hunt.  Decided to keep running with out stop. He traveled around 850 miles til he found Denver,co. Hopes he's  free from that hunter.  But was still nervous he won't ever give up.

Merit: Natural Leader

(1 point Merit)

You are gifted with a certain magnetism to which others naturally defer. You receive two extra dice when making Leadership rolls.

Natural Weapons (3 or 4 pt. Merit)

You are greatly in tune with your wolf physique. Your balance and physical acuity in Lupus form are greater than in Homid form. Subtract one from the difficulty ReRoll 1o's and 9's of any attack roll with an innate natural weapon (e.g., claw, bite, kick, etc.) when in Lupus form. However, add one to the difficulty of any such attacks made while in Homid form. There is no change to your attack rolls in other forms. This Merit costs 3 points for lupus or metis characters,

Flaw: Nightmares

(1 point Flaw)

You experience horrendous nightmares every time you sleep, and memories of them haunt you during your waking hours. Sometimes the nightmares are so bad they cause you to lose one die on all your actions for the next night (Storyteller's discretion). Some of the nightmares may be so intense that you mistake them for reality. A crafty Storyteller will be quick to take advantage of this.

Flaw: Hunted

(3 point Flaw) (Garou)

You are pursued by a fanatical werewolf hunter who believes you are a dangerous, slavering beast inimical to humanity (whether you are or not). All your companions may be hunted by the same individual as well. Although this hunter seeks the destruction of all Garou, there is something about you that impassions this killer. The hunter is, for some reason, immune to the Delirium.

Flaw: Inferiority Complex

(1 point Merit)

Nope, you're not worthy. never have been, never will be. You'll keep trying, and tackle whatever task your superiors, the garou, the nobles, etc. set you to, but even if you succeed and make a good job of it, it still won't be good enough for you. In situations requiring you to take charge and strut your stuff, all your difficulties are raised by one.
