The fishing city of Barraiya is nominally run by the Church of Eingana, but a local personality by the name of Old Tom owns most of the town and so has the most sway when major decisions are made.
Barraiya is often left to its own devices, a self-sustaining fishing city with a thriving fish-based consumables empire. Dios Thronos does not often call upon the people of Barraiya, although regular shipments of fish are sent to the needy all throughout The Ecclesiocracy.
