Acting Captain of the Agartha Ressaria, Amber feels the responsibility weighing heavily upon her.
Untrained and unproven in leadership, her first given task was to enforce river security, taking a patrol boat full of recruits. Only a few short weeks into her tenure as Captain, she found the party aimlessly drifting downstream and decided to take them aboard to ascertain their motives and allegiances. Asamarta was very frank about having been sent by the High Priest of The Ecclesiocracy- not something most people would be open about.
After being presented proof in the form of a letter from the High Priest, Amber took the party to Agartha and presented them to Sheriff Bedwyn Elazran, who sought their help in tracking down the bandits responsible for hijacking missing food shipments.
Once the party tracked down the bandits, discovering that they were in fact Bedwyn Elazran requesting assistance, who sent Amber along with a ship full of archers to help the party.
Amber arrived after the party had been thwarted in their pursuit by Exodus, but was at least able to ferry the party across the river in the direction of the fleeing Camulodonum. Once they landed, Amber lent the party a squad of twelve archers to help in tracking down the enemy forces and bringing them to justice.
Once the party had taken care of Exodus, and then moved on to Ayotha and fought off the first invasion from Adamancia, to see the King. Again they hitched a ride with Amber, although this time some members of the party took an interest in her personally. Alistair Curlytoe in particular caught her attention, seeming to be a sensitive and attentive sort. His questions about her mood and concerns revealed that her father, Goldan Greenleaf, had been sent to the front lines and had participated in the battle against the invading Alistair Curlytoe's assurances.
Once the party arrived at the docks of Adamancia, they went about their business for the next few days. Soon after, Baron Aramet Veristan returned to the ship and asked Amber to take the ship ahead to Machyulleth, and then to arrange for goods and crew to be delivered to the party by way of Synaroh. Amber acquiesced, and expects to meet up with the party in a few short weeks.
As the party went on without stopping to regroup with Amber and her crew, she has returned to her usual duties in preparation for the upcoming war. Keeping up with Ressaria. She has additionally revealed, in a recent letter, that her service as acting Captain has earned her the rank of full Captain, a point of pride which has helped to steel her resolve.
