Samandra Foggerton

Fire Attuned
NPC

Reserved and not a day over 17, Samandra Foggerton was the local waitress at The Butchered Goat inn. Blessed with golden blonde hair and a smooth face, Samandra was an oddly pretty young lass given the surrounding denizens. She often braided her hair in a weird tribal like manner that could only be described through self-introduction with Samandra herself. She looked at her patrons with caring, somewhat aloof, bright blue eyes. Almost always smiling, Samandra was hard to dislike.

She worked alongside Tammy Bootstrap in the midday to late evening shifts. She provided patrons with timely service and a generally respectful atmosphere. She always seemed slightly amiss and distracted. She was last seen in the inn and was not informed about the onslaught of creatures coming towards the inn. While no known reports are gathered at this time, it remains highly probable that the young Samandra was desecrated, ripped to shreds, and then devoured by some monstrosity.

While seemingly insignificant, Samandra Foggerton resurfaced most notably Oclaria. Despite original records suggesting her death in Unknown, Samandra was revealed in traveling within the company of [REDACTED]. Minor records also indicate her passage alongside Rin Saov and Marth Brighttide during their escape from Alazel, and eventually the Trocphis refugee camp.

It is believed that somewhere between the events of the Oclaria Incursion and The Defense of Clane, Samandra and party member Kayn Shieda began a romantic relationship.

In Oclaria, Samanda worked alongside Soleil Krexia, Almaia Musafad, and Katherine Chauvere, the Queen of Oclaria. Through a variety of operations conducted by the adventuring group, it was discovered that the Queen of Oclaria was a vampire. Through a daring operation, they attempted regicide and were assisted by the group they were paid to eliminate.

Despite the operation's success, heavy losses were incurred. Samandra, reported, lost her life at the hands of Soleil who was under vampric influence. Almaia Musafad also died during the intensive battle.

Due to the efforts of Soleil and an unknown entity known as the "Wise One", Soleil was able to resurrect Samandra. While the full cost is unknown to Samandra, her love and admiration for Soleil is only rivaled by Kayn.  Although, to Samandra, it seems as if her interaction with the wise one enhanced her fire affinity, as if the internal ice was drained away to someone else.
