Everyone living here takes a vow of silence and have their tongues removed. Folks mostly keep to themselves but seem to be very well off.
The people living here specialize in all manners of crafting and their wares are extremely luxurious.
The vapors from the sulphur springs in the area make the area damp, dreary and very smelly, so you might want to wash whatever you bought here.
