Baltasar Camano is the leader of the Ember Dragon in Savino.
Baltasar grew up in Castello Ventura where he served the local leaders, before being recruited to the Ember Dragon. Close to the empire's political forces, he was placed to oversee the province of Udrino in Savino following his predecessor Aleixo's assassination in 1019 AC.
While a force for change when he first arrived in Savino, he has since become more contempt, as long as the empire's interests stay at the forefront. He has been offered the position of Torch Bearer several times throughout his career but has always refused it, seeing his abilities best served on the field rather than at parties and social events.
